Helping high-stakes organizations translate strategy into human connection.
Companies are bad at talking to their own people.
I fix that.
I'm a communications consultant with 10+ years across startups and enterprises. I work with founders and leadership teams on the moments that matter, and build the systems that make sure they don't keep having the same problems twice.
Helping leadership communicate through RIFs, transitions, and leadership changes, so employees feel informed, not blindsided.
Senior strategic partner to founders and executives on messaging, presence, and organizational decisions.
Building the channels, cadence, and infrastructure that keeps a growing company aligned.
Communications and change management for large, distributed teams navigating major operational shifts.
Programs, events, and communications that make employees feel connected to where they work.
My background spans PR, advertising, and tech, from startups to enterprises. But the through-line has always been the same: I help companies hold onto their best people.
A lot of the time there's a gap between what leadership thinks they've communicated and what people are actually hearing. That gap shows up fast in how aligned or confused a team feels. I work closely with leadership while keeping sight of the people on the other end of the message.
Part of that is knowing how to identify the friction points before they become bigger problems: misaligned expectations, unclear roles, broken communication loops. Sometimes that's what a company needs before anything else.
I work fast, ask good questions, and have an instinct for what will resonate. People tend to feel understood when they work with me. That's usually where the good work starts.
Your company is scaling and nobody owns how information moves through it. People find out things through the grapevine. Knowledge lives in personal drives. New hires don't know where to look. I build the infrastructure that fixes that.
Something hard is happening and you need to tell your people. A RIF. A leadership change. An acquisition. I help you figure out what to say, in what order, and how—so people feel informed rather than managed.
You need someone running the function, not just advising on it. I own end-to-end comms operations, all-hands, offsites, newsletters, business updates, pulse surveys, executive messaging.
I design experiences that bring enterprise culture to life.
